After you have installed PosLaju from the Apple App Store. You can launch the app from your home screen by clicking the PosLaju icon (or PosLaju Lite). See below.
When the app started. You will be presented with the Main screen where you can manage all your parcel tracking.
To add a new tracking to the list, simply click on the "+" icon on the top left corner. In the screen that presented to you, enter the Description and Tracking Number for the parcel that you wish to track / manage. Optionally you can enter the Sender name and the Receiver name to jog your memory on that parcel. Click "Save" button on the top right to save it, and click the "Back" button to go back to the Main screen.
Clicking on the tracking record from Main screen will shows you the Details screen of that parcel. You will need to click on the "Refresh" button on the top right to retrieve the up-to-date tracking information from PosLaju server.
* Additional Information: PosLaju does not update parcel information to their server immediately when they received a parcel for delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for them to do the updates. You can PosLaju's Customer Service at 1-300 300 300 if there is any issues / question with your parcel.
